The goal of MyocyteDB is to provide storage and exchange of biophysical parameters intended to be used for cardiac physiology modeling.
MyocyteDB allows scientists to share biophysical parameters, allowing them to employ those parameters in building new mathematical models, thereby speeding up the construction of new models.
Additional features such as general statistical analysis parameters, direct links to original papers and API access to the parameters database are also provided.
